Steps 8 work closely with Wolverhampton University & HEAT CIC (Health Exercise and Activity Therapy Community Interest Company) and (Sports as Medicine).

We deliver Dance Movement Therapy (DMT), which is the therapeutic use of movement and dance to support intellectual, emotional, and motor functions of the body.
